The best place to get ascended back piece, ring, ear ring and underwater respirator is farming winterberries in the Season 3 Bitterfrost Frontier map. There's groups of 2 winterberries placed in roughly a ring along the map, which can lead to gather ~50 winterberries x character x day (and a large amount of unbound magic at the same time).
